Flow Cytometry Market Overview:

Flow cytometry works on the principle of electromagnetic interference between fluorescently labelled cells. The flow cytometer probes the fluid using an external light source, such as a light emitting diode (LED), or fluorescent dye. Once the flow cytometer detects the presence of a fluorescent dye, the flow cytometer is electronically neutralised so that only the labelled cells are detected, thus reducing the potential contamination of other cells or fluids present in the same patient.
